West Ham United goalkeeper Lukasz Fabianski has exclusively revealed how he is training amid the COVID-19 outbreak.

In a video posted on the 34-year-old’s official Instagram page, Fabianski provided a demonstration of a training drill he is using to keep sharp in preparation for the return of the 2019/20 Premier League campaign.

English football has been suspended until at least April 30, but that is likely to be extended with the growing concerns of COVID-19 and the ramifications of resuming play before it is safe to do so.

The Poland international has made just 16 Premier League appearances for West Ham this season due to injury problems, which in turn pushed the Hammers down the league table as back-up goalkeeper Roberto failed to impress in east London.

David Moyes’ side currently occupy 16th place in the Premier League and are only above the relegation zone due to their superior goal difference over Watford and Bournemouth.

Fabianski’s video has generated some interesting reaction from supporters on Instagram…
