Everton boss keen to pounce on West Ham’s poor form

West Ham face a difficult test at the London Stadium against Everton this weekend, with the Toffees fighting for a top six finish.
Slaven Bilic’s side have won just six of their 16 Premier League games at the London Stadium this season, since moving from the Boelyn Ground last summer, and sit nine points above the relegation zone.
Whilst the Hammers should be safe from the drop, there’s certainly a lot of room for improvement this summer and Everton boss Ronald Koeman is keen to take advantage of the club’s woes.
Speaking to the press ahead of the game, the Dutch boss said:
“They have a strong team, but the move is really difficult for them. The strength at home – what it was – looks a little bit different now. It’s important we show the difference to us.”
“They have conceded a lot of goals and maybe they’ve had some injuries at the back.”
“They needed to change a lot of players. We know we’ll create chances against every team.”
“We can do better. We can show that there’s not that difference from home and away. It’s about keeping the way you play.”
Injuries problems have affected the Hammers defensive ranks this season and Everton’s star-striker Romelu Lukaku will look to take advantage.
