Out-of-form Michail Antonio has revealed his disappointment with West Ham’s 2-2 draw with Leicester on Sunday.
The striker went another game without finding the back of the net, taking his record to just three goals in his last 22 outings in all competitions.
Jarrod Bowen had put the Hammers ahead at the King Power Stadium in just the 10th minute but goals from Youri Tielemans and Ricardo Pereira forced them into having to settle for a point via Craig Dawson’s 91st-minute equaliser.
The result did keep David Moyes’ side in the top four of the Premier League but Antonio was quick to reveal his disappointment with the result, hinting that he and his teammates fully expected to take all three on the day.
He posted on Instagram: “We wanted all three points today, disappointed not to get them but we’ll keep pushing forward.”
