West Ham United have announced the departure of Sofiane Feghouli.
Sofiane Feghouli leaves West Ham United to join Turkish giants Galatasaray.
The 27-year-old joined West Ham last summer on a free transfer after leaving La Liga outfit Valencia.
He played 27 games, scoring four goals in the process, including a strike in our first ever game at The London Stadium and in our final Premier League game of the season at Turf Moor against Burnley.
Feghouli now joins Galatasaray as West Ham look to generate funds for another signing.
West Ham fans shared their opinion on the Algerian international’s departure on social media.
Some fans were disappointed to see him leave because they were hoping that he would settle and kick on during his second season in England but others were not bothered to see him depart.
Here are a selection of the best tweets following West Ham United’s official announcement that Sofiane Feghouli has permanently left the club.
