Just when you though this season couldn’t get any worse, it does.
Poor results, difficulties with the new stadium, players playing out of position and several under-par performances from players, it’s fair to say 16/17 hasn’t been the best season West Ham have had.
And now, just two days after the disappointing home defeat to Leicester, Jack Sullivan has delivered what it is the ultimate hammer blow to our campaign; Pedro Obiang has been ruled out for the season, Winston Reid is expected to be sidelined for 4-6 weeks and Michail Antonio could be out for 3-4 weeks.
The last thing we needed at this stage in the season was extensive injuries to three of our most important players. All three are serious contenders for the Hammer of the Year award but the now Slaven Bilic will be forced to navigate a successful run in without them.
And as expected West Ham fans have taken to Twitter to voice their displeasure at such devastating news. One fan even took it upon himself to congratulation Hull City on their victory against us in two weeks’ time.
Nothing like a bit of positivity at West Ham to get the new week underway, is there?
INJURY UPDATE – Antonio 3-4 weeks Hamstring, but as he's a superb athlete we hope it might be sooner.

Our 3 best players this year ruled out for the majority of the season! I'd happily end the season right now.
