According to an exclusive report by The Sun, West Ham United star Manuel Lanzini is now on the radar of Premier League champions Chelsea.

Chelsea see Manuel Lanzini as a long-term replacement for Cesc Fabregas and Chelsea’s Technical Director Michael Emenalo belives that Lanzini can reach the heights of Luka Modric.

West Ham have benefited from two years of Lanzini’s stunning displays.

The Argentinian play maker, who recently earned his first call-up to the senior national side, has stepped up following the departure of Dimitri Payet in January but he was performing at a high standard before the Frenchman left.

The 24-year-old provides pace, skill and an end product, which is making him hot property this summer.

Lanzini recently declared that he was happy to stay at West Ham despite interest from Liverpool (who see him as a Coutinho replacement), Everton (who see him as a Barkley replacement) and Arsenal.

The “Little Jewel” is one of the top players at West Ham and he was recently voted Players’ Player of the Season at The London Stadium.

Chelsea are now chasing the talented attacking midfielder and will up the ante in the hunt for Lanzini if Cesc Fabregas completes a move to AC Milan.
