What a great result our boys gave us against Spurs before the International break, and it doesn’t come any harder than Manchester City to follow it up this weekend.

Our home form is good and surely the confidence will be up and we can go in to the game more than hopeful of a result. The stat that really stands out is we have scored in 85% of last 20 games at the Boleyn Ground.

Correct Score

Not easy to pick from here, but 1-1 stands out from the stats and at 13/2 with Coral & Stan James.

WHUMCI - Correct score stats

First and last Goalscorer

  • West Ham have scored first in 11 of their last 20 home games, going on to win seven, draw one and lose three of these matches.
  • Kevin Nolan has scored 21% of the West Ham goals in their last 20 home games.
  • In their last 20 home games, 31% of the 26 goals conceded by West Ham have come from forwards, 50% from midfielders and 15% from defenders

Here is where we will be finding what we hope is our winning bet this week. Ravel Morrison is on fire in front of goal after adding to his tally against Tottenham and for the England U21s in midweek. The stats show 50% of our goals at home in the last 20 games have come from midfield. It’s hard to look any further than Ravel Morrison at best priced 16/1 with BoyleSports for first and last goal.

So this week we are going all in with Ravel Morrison at 16/1 for first and last goal, while Ravel Morrison at 11/1 for Man of the Match is good value with the form he is showing.

Remember, don’t let the Claret & Blue heart rule the head. It’s a long season.
