It is looking set to be a busy final week of the transfer window at West Ham, with Manuel Pellegrini prepared to approve a number of deals.

The Hammers remain in the market for further additions, despite already landing eight already, and are also likely to see a number of departures from the London Stadium take place.

According to Birmingham LiveChampionship promotion hopefuls Aston Villa remain keen on the services of Robert Snodgrass but are awaiting to see where he stands in Pellegrini’s plans.

Scotland international Snodgrass impressed on-loan at Villa Park last year and Steve Bruce is keen to bring him back to the club in another loan deal, although he may have found a new lease of life in east London.

Snodgrass has been used by Pellegrini during the club’s pre-season matches, where he scored in a 3-1 victory over Villa, and could fight for regular action this season.
