Bring him back from QPR, give him a new contract, hand him the No10 shirt and watch him grow in to the West Ham hero he has the potential to become. Otherwise let him go for next to nothing and watch him rip it up for one of our rivals.
He should be kept at the club at all costs and made an important first-team member.
