As is the case every single summer, someone’s leaked what looks like the fixtures for the opening day of the Premier League season.
With access to photoshop and other types of technology to readily available to anyone, it’s difficult to tell with the below image is fake or actually the real thing.
But if it is the real deal, Sam Allardyce’s men face an opening day trip to the KC Stadium to take on Steve Bruce’s Hull on Saturday 16 August.
A string of poor refereeing decisions robbed us of a result at the KC Stadium last term as we went down 1-0 to Bruce’s men, so this could give us the chance to get some well deserved revenge early on if true.
But I suppose the stand out fixture there is the one at Anfield, with Arsenal apparently set to revisit the ground where they were thrashed 5-1 back in February.
The 2014/2015 Premier League fixtures are officially released this Wednesday.
What an opening day that would be…
