It’s around this time of year that we see scores of speculative mock-ups of what people think our new kit for the upcoming season could be.
Most of them are simply designs put together using a certain Photoshop pack that’s normally used to design different kit styles for Football Manager, and most of the time they’re hideous.
But one image has been doing the rounds in the early hours of this morning that just might be the real deal. It looks like it’s the real deal and nothing like the Photoshop mockups we’ve seen so much of in recent months.
It’s an away shirt. Sky blue with a dark blue diagonal stripe going from top to bottom. It’s a beauty of a shirt and different to what we’re so used to seeing the mighty Hammers play in.
Last season’s white adidas away shirt (above) was one of the best we’ve had for many years, and this one could be right up there with it if it’s the real thing.
