With Diafra Sakho a doubt because of a shoulder injury picked up during last week’s 2-1 victory against Man City, much as been made of a worthwhile replacement for him for this afternoon’s visit to Stoke.

We’ve got strength in depth this season so having our top goal scorer out shouldn’t hurt us as much as it perhaps would’ve done in previous campaigns. Carlton Cole and Mauro Zarate are the obvious contenders, with Enner Valencia also able to take the leading role up top if need be.

Other than that, there’s no real reason to change a winning side. Although the return of James Tomkins and Matt Jarvis may give Sam Allardyce a selection headache this afternoon.
